ELM is an Early Learning and Child Care centre located in Edmonton’s MacEwan University Campus that has been operating for over 50 years. The centre’s program aligns with Flight’s vision for early childhood communities where children and families thrive. Flight’s core concepts support educators in articulating their daily curriculum decisions and making visible their intentional care and right-based practices.
